1)     After payment for the order has been accepted, Not allowed orders cancellation or amendments. 

2)     All prices are Ex-work Dubai base, shipping cost is not included in the order price.  We cannot send Items not allowed by international shipping rules. Please check at your side before paying.

3)     Normal order readiness  time (in our stock) is 1-7 days after payment arrives to us, otherwise schedule could be decided by mutual decision.

4)     All UAE local taxes are included in price !!!

5)     Payment refunds (if any) banks fees or charges are deducted from refundable amount.
