United Arab Emirates Delivery

• Standard UAE delivery for the first normal-size box is AED 40.
• Each additional normal-size box is charged at AED 10.
• UAE orders with a merchandise value above AED 2,000 qualify for free standard delivery.
• Oversized, unusually heavy, fragile, hazardous, or non-standard items may require a separate delivery quotation.
• Delivery is usually completed within 1–2 working days in UAE city areas. Remote-area delivery may take longer.

International Shipping

International shipping is quoted manually after checking the destination, package dimensions, weight, courier availability, and customs requirements. The customer will be informed of the available shipping option and cost before payment or dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, customs charges, taxes, clearance fees, and other destination charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete delivery address, receiver name, and working telephone number. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information are not the responsibility of Marmom Marine.
